Easy collection and drop off and interaction with ocean villa company . nothing to complain

location was amazing we found a lovely beach nearby with only a short walk to reach it, with a 10 min drive into the main Ayia Napa centre. amazing garden with a luxury pool. some things were broken on arrival but were fixed quickly by the hosts

Super villa with a beautiful pool, very well equipped, close to the sea and 15 minutes from downtown

Beautiful villa, the sea is really visible from the windows. The place is clean and comfortable, the pool was cleaned every three days, the house was cleaned, linen and towels were changed after a week. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, a refrigerator, . Take detergents with you. There are no shampoos, shower gels or anything else, just a little soap in each bathroom, but there are powerful hair dryers and even two! Walking distance to the Zapaz store where you can buy hot takeaway dishes. METRO and LIDL were reached by car. Also within walking distance are two excellent beaches with all amenities and a cafe. I really liked the villa, I recommend it to everyone, we ourselves are sure to go there again

We just left from Luxury Villa 061 after 9 nights. On arrival, we found a spotless villa with ample towels and linens. The pool was clean and the pool guy visited a few times whilst we were there. It’s a great sized place with a downstairs shower which is really convenient after returning from the beach covered in sand. There’s a supermarket and grill house within a 2 minute walk, a bus stop also 2 mins away and Konnos beach is also nearby (I would suggest a car for this as you have to walk down the cliff, but you could walk it if your brave). Protaras main strip is a 7/8 minute drive away (€9 cab fare) so this is a nice location for a bit of tranquility away from the noise. Key collection and check out is a simple process, but be prepared to go to the office to collect them/drop off as the property doesn’t have lock boxes/codes entry, and check in is after 5pm and check out is 10am. It’s not far from the villa (4 min drive on the way to the main strip of protaras). Thank you for a pleasant stay at Luxury Villa 061.

How close to centre of pernera and how quiet the area in which the villa was situated. Spacious inside. Air conditioning in the villa. We had 1 problem at the villa and our hosts had the problem sorted within the hour. No issues.

Had a brilliant time at this villa. 8 adults 2 children. Accomodation is excellent, 2 minutes to the beach. Would definitely recommend it. Office staff were brilliant advising when one of the family had a medical emergency

Great location, close to fantastic beaches, shops and restaurants by car. The staff at Oceanview were amazing - helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The villa was lovely and felt like a home away from home, we had a great family holiday and would go back!

Pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Could have been closer to facilities ie shops, restaurants. Definitely need a car.

This is an ideal apartment with all the necessary equipment and air conditioning in every room. Located in a quiet complex of private villas. Two large bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Guests have access to a communal pool of 10-12 apartments. The rental agency responds promptly to an e-mail with clarifications. For this money (100 euros / night in late June-early July) it was amazing.

Didn't think it was possible for the villa to be even better than it looked in photos. Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful villa and would 100% return if returning to this destination in future. Location is great, a few minutes drive from Pernera and Protaras. Stephanie couldn't help enough with all requests I made, organising champagne and birthday balloons for our arrival for my partners 30th birthday, as well as allowing a late check out due to our late flight home. Location was good very close to the main strip and beach Comfortable living area, lots of space. Checking in and liaising with the staff was very quick and easy.

The keys from the villa we received in Protaras, in the agency. All the issues were solved. The villa was located in a quiet and beautiful area. But there are no shops near by, buses run rarely. The distance to a nice beach is 2 km. Nissi Beach is 4.4 km away. You must rent a car. The house was clean, but there were no cover for a frying pan! The pool was cleaned almost every day, the territory was beautiful and well maintained. Air conditioners worked well on the second floor, the first did not cool. We liked our stay at the villa, despite minor shortcomings! Thanks Polina for the help and answers to all our questions.

I liked everything! The only minus is a car! Without it, it will not be easy to get to the beach and the center.

Beautiful villa with excellent quality modern decor and facilities. The outside space with its choice of seating areas and types meant we hardly left the villa which is very unlike us!

The villa suited our family, 2 adults and our 18 yr old son, several small beaches close and walking distance, Whilst we found the walk to the bars and restaurants easy 10 min walk, some people with walking difficulties may struggle, The villa seemed like it had been rented regularly through the summer with some signs of wear and tear, however it had everything we required, Any issues were quickly resolved by Stephanie or Polina at oceanview office, We were there for a wedding, and enjoyed the Cypriot hospitality...
