We booked this villa for a weeks stay to celebrate my 60th birthday last week with my family. The villa was very luxurious with a fabulous pool and excellent outside dining and seating areas. It is situated very near to the town centre with its many bars and restaurants. The villa was extremely clean and very nicely decorated inside. We had an excellent holiday and loved the villa and Protaras.

Pool was lovely, beds were comfortable. A real home from home- couldn’t fault the villa at all. Very impressed Beautiful beach about 5 minutes down the road. Supermarket close by.

The villa was nicely furnished, clean and well appointed. The pool was very nice and was cleaned twice during our week long stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was a nice addition.

This house has the perfect location for both Nissi Beach and the center of Aiya Napa. Lovely house and Polina the hostess was so friendly and helpful if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this villa!

The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside area it really nice and relaxing. Quiet area.

Very quiet and calm, far from the city, a magical wild beach across the road, the villa is fully equipped with Love, everything necessary and new.

I'd just like to express our thanks for the warm welcome and excellent condition of the villa. We all had a wonderful time in Pernera, helped greatly by the facilities provided in the villa.

The villa was well equipped, clean, central to many shops and beaches and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there in Protaras. My kids especially loved being able to step outside and jump into a pool.

I booked an oceanview villa with rent private villas for a weeks holiday for my family in July. They could not have been more helpful and the service they provided was exceptional. I have to give a special thank you to resort manager Stephanie who organised a table at a fantastic restaurant and ordered balloons for me as a special surprise for my daughters 21st birthday. The villa was beautiful it was very clean and well equipped and we all had a lovely holiday. In principle, everything was pleasant. Quite comfortable villa, there is everything necessary for a large family. Responsible operator of the villa, all the issues were resolved quickly.

I liked the sunshine and the warm sea. I liked the restaurants, supermarket and bars within 2 mins walk. I liked the water sports facilities on the beach. Lots to do for the kids and adults.

I liked the location of the villa, shops in walking distance 5-10 minutes at a slow pace, to the beach Malama (Kapparis) min 7, to the beach Trinity min 10-15. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet, you can even hear the birds singing. We took a car for hire, to Protaras min 10 ride, to Ayia Napa min 20. With the villa an excellent view of the sea.

Convenient location, the sea is not more than 10 minutes. There are shops and restaurants nearby, where you can have a tasty snack. Comfortable compact villa, each bedroom has a bathroom. Responsible managers Polina and Stephanie!

The location is perfect. The beach is located in 10 min distance. There are 4 small beaches within walking distance. The Fig Tree beach can be reached by bus or car in 5-10 min or walk 30 min. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Polina and her manager Stephanie are very nice and helpful. In the villa you have everything you need. Beautiful pool, barbecue, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning. It was a very nice holiday. We will be back !!!!

Very well located, all within walking distance, the house is comfortable, the pool in the heat is in the shade.
