It Can Be Travelled By Train On The Troodos

On Wednesday, October 3, Xenophon Xenofontos, the leader of the Troodos communities, Evrihu, announced a decision to revive the old Evrihu-Skuriotissa railway.
It is planned that it will be used not only for tourist purposes, but also as one of the means of transportation for the local population of Cyprus.
The idea was proposed by the mountain communities of Troodos and already “received the green light from the government of the Republic of Cyprus,” Xenofontos said.
