Cyprus Has Taken 32 Places In The Rating Of Countries With The Highest Level Of Human Development
The United Nations has published on its website the ranking of countries
with the highest level of human development. Cyprus ranked 32nd among 189
states.
Cyprus was in the ranking on the 32nd place, between Greece and Poland. Thus, the average life expectancy in Cyprus, UN experts estimated at 80.7 years, the average duration of education - in just over 12 years, and the gross national income per capita in Cyprus amounted to 31568 dollars.
The first place in the ranking was taken by Norway. In this country, life
expectancy is just over 82 years, the average duration of education is about 12
years, and gross national income is more than 68,000 dollars. The top ten
countries also include Switzerland, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Iceland, Hong
Kong, Sweden, Singapore and the Netherlands.
