This is a great holiday villa, whatever you wish to do whilst in Madeira. Located in sunny Calheta, with great views over vineyards and banana plantations to the sea, it is only a five minute drive to the beach, sea and marina, but also perfectly located for exploring the island and with easy access to the Paul da Serra plateau where you will find the best walking conditions. The entrance leads directly to the very spacious open-plan living space with lounge and dining areas, which leads onto the long front terrace with superb panoramic views to the sea, outdoor dining facilities and sun-beds| The large fully equipped kitchen is off the living room and opens up to the back terrace where you will find the large built-in barbecue and the separate laundry room. The living area also leads to the large ground floor bedroom with double bed and en-suite, to the second bedroom with two children's single beds and to the family bathroom. At the top of the stairs is a great leisure room with two sofa beds (for the 9th and 10th person), a children's desk and a stand with a selection of books and activities for children, as well as a selection of table games.

The front balcony is a great place for an evening drink contemplating the wonderful views over the vineyards and banana plantations to the sea.
