Croatia is a country with rich national traditions. In Dalmatia, an interesting event is held once a year. It's about the Dalmatian bullfight, where bulls fight not with a bullfighter, but with each other. The spectacle is no less exciting than the bullfight in Spain. It is a unique local tradition and is usually held "for the soul", not for the sake of the show. On this day, not only bulls are measured by force, but men compete in various kinds of folk sport - this is tug of war, and jumping, throwing stone, fighting on a log. Especially fun are the races on donkeys. The hardest thing in these competitions is to ride the animal and stay on it as long as possible.
