Half a floor above are the last two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) which share a Jack and Jill bathroom and have private balconies. With 230º views over the bay and town of Funchal and the ocean, which makes it perfect spot to watch the New Years Eve Fireworks, the roof terrace also boasts a hot tub, where you can laze away with a glass in your hand| The large mature garden is a wonderful place to be perfect for a quiet read or simply to contemplate the wonderful views. This villa in Funchal is only 600 metres from the nearest supermarket, and one kilometre from both the largest shopping mall and largest hypermarket on the island. Funchal town centre is only 4 Km away, and easily reached by public transport or a reasonably priced taxi.

The added bonus is that the access to the motorway is less than a kilometre away, allowing an easy access to explore the island or for levada walking in Madeira.
